- Chapter 19 - Fiery August (Modifying Garbled Codes) [3]
Shaking his head, Ink suppressed his messy thoughts. He then thought over what he should do today to show his best side towards Qin Luo. After all, it was the first time Qin Luo asked him out since he brought him back here. Although there was a big tail in the form of Qin Ke, who was brought along, Ink was quite sure that he was definitely one hundred times better than this young boy.
So, full of anticipation, Ink was already fully dressed. And as he sat by the bed, waiting, he could clearly sense Qin Luo’s actions in his room. The things he sensed then were played in the form of images in his mind.
As such, he knew what Qin Luo was doing at this time. Not only did he know about the pair of briefs Qin Luo was wearing, he also knew that while one of his hands was holding a towel in one hand to wipe his hair that was still dripping, the other was holding a pen. And the hand that was holding a pen was hurriedly writing something on the paper.
However, Ink did not pay any attention to the writing on the paper. Instead, he put all his attention on Qin Luo, drinking in the sight as if he was parched. His senses glided over Qin Luo’s fair skin and soft hair that was too light to the point his senses almost couldn’t perceive it. When he saw him, Qin Luo obviously looked thin, but when he expanded his senses, it didn’t feel like that.
It was especially so for the buttocks. To Ink’s senses, they felt very full. When he ‘saw’ this image in his mind, he couldn’t help but want to pinch them and see if it’s as fleshy as it felt.
Ink’s mouth instantly felt dry and he gulped several times, his adam apple bobbing up and down. Not only that, but he suddenly felt that his pants were a little tight. Confused, he frowned as he blankly looked down at a bulge that appeared between his legs.
While he was wondering what exactly it was, a bunch of messy things sprang up in his mind. The moment those messy things appeared, Ink felt as if he was walking through those memories fragments like it was his own.
Although he knew that these memories did not belong to him nor came from ‘Morpheus’, he still felt it was his own. And the reason why he felt this way was because one fact. He had torn and sucked their flesh and blood, causing their memories to merge into his consciousness. These memories would then become an integral part of his knowledge, and eventually would be absorbed and transformed into his wisdom.
And this time, these memories were showing him what he wanted to know. Furthermore, considering it was related to Qin Luo, Ink was especially serious when reviewing the knowledge.
“Ink. Ink, are you ready?” Qin Luo asked as he knocked on the door toward Ink’s bedroom. He then stood there, waiting for Ink to come out, already properly dressed up to go out.
During the time Ink was immersed with the new knowledge, Qin Luo had already gone down. However, Auntie Liu had told him that Ink had not come down yet, so he went upstairs again to call the guy for breakfast. Hence, the current scene was formed.
Once he heard Qin Luo’s voice, though, Ink quickly pulled himself out of the memories and took a few deep breaths to ease his mad heartbeats. It was the first time he ever felt his heart beat so vividly like this.
And he knew it for a fact because before, the researchers from the institute had built an incredibly precise instrument to accurately measure his heart rate. He honestly did not expect that he would be so engrossed in the new knowledge that he accidentally turned off his perceptions. It was to the point that he didn’t even notice Qin Luo had left the room at that!
So, after he rubbed his face, Ink tried his best to appear normal before he got up to open the door for Qin Luo.
Still, when Qin Luo looked at Ink’s flushed face when he opened the door, he got worried. Thus, he naturally reached for Ink’s forehead to check for a fever. Fortunately, there was no sign of such ailment. However, since Ink was not a normal person to begin with, Qin Luo was still a little worried.
On the other hand, Ink immediately turned stiff when Qin Luo touched his forehead. He did not even dare to move a muscle as he felt the pores of his skins dilate rapidly. And as an image flashed through his mind, Ink’s face had never been ruddier than at that moment.
“Ink, are you sick?” Qin Luo asked, withdrawing his hand, not knowing whether he should take him to the hospital or not.
After all, Ink’s identity was just too special. If the hospital detected that he was different, it would definitely bring a big trouble to them. However, if they didn’t go to the hospital… in the case that he really was sick, then the outcome might be worse. When you got right down to it, Ink had stayed in the institute all year round, who knew how frail his body was.
When all was said and done, that place was definitely disinfected and purified many times over one day. It was definitely not a normal place for one to stay in long-term. Furthermore, as far as Qin Luo knew, the amount of bacterias in the laboratories all over the world were thousands of times lower than the outside world. So, the people who had stayed in that place for a long time got out, it was very easy for them to contract an illness.
Seeing Qin Luo’s worried expression, Ink immediately shook his head and spoke with a hoarse voice.
“I… I’m not sick.”
Hearing that, Qin Luo blinked in confusion. The kid had said that he wasn’t sick, then what else could it be? At that moment, his gaze was inadvertently drawn to the still visible bulge between the other man’s legs and instantly understood why the other’s face was red.
Honestly, if this had happened to someone else, Qin Luo would have already turned around and left. After all, no adult man needed someone from the same gender to tell them how to settle down the desire. However, Ink was inexperienced in a lot of matters, and in Qin Luo’s mind, Ink’s ignorance also extended to this matter. This really distressed Qin Luo as, in the end, he couldn’t let Ink stay unaware of his need.
So, gritting his teeth, Qin Luo pointed his finger at the other’s tent and said, “I will tell you how to solve this problem in the evening. For now, let’s go eat breakfast first. We still have many things to do today.”
Having said that, Qin Luo immediately turned away and left, not knowing that Ink’s whole attention was gathered at his tight buttocks that were cladded in form-fitting jeans. Slowly, the corner of Ink’s mouth rose as he wondered whether Qin Luo’s ‘solution’ was what he thought or not.
